The LCC was founded in 1978 to increase cycling in Greater London for the benefit of individuals, local communities and the wider environment. It is the largest urbani cycle campaigning group in the world.
If you cycle in London you need the LCC.
Almost every borough in London has an LCC group giving you the opportunity to campaign for better cycle facilities where you live and to meet and socialise with other cyclists locally.
Haringey Cycling Campaign . . .
We were the first LCC group to have a presence on the World Wide Web, our neighbouring groups in Enfield, Barnet, Hackney, and Camden have now caught up with us. Camden's site is particularly worth a visit for a lot of stuff of more than just local interest. Another useful locally-developed resource is the Stolen Bike Index .
